Animals prices in concession areas can change. US$ prices will stay the same. Other foreign currencies can change due to exchange rate
Deposit A deposit is required to secure your booking. (+ U$ 1000.00, 800.00 Euro or 700.00 pound) A 50% handling fee for cancellations within 6 months. Short notice not refundable. Balance of total account is payable on the ranch after the hunt with credit cards, cash or bank transfer. responsible for all wiring fees. Full prices are applicable on any wounded trophies but we will do everything to find it. On package hunts and quoted hunts government tax (15%) is included. We accept credit cards. (Visa and Master cards)
The tariff on daily rate includes: Accommodation, All road transportation to all hunting area and back to Windhoek. All road transportation on farm, conservancy and concession areas. License Fees.( Permits). Liability Insurance. Reasonable quantity Non-alcoholic beverages. Reasonable quantity beer. Full board and lodging & Daily laundry service. Professional hunter services. Tracking service. Skinning and Cleaning (field preparation of trophies). Wireless internet Government Tax (15% VAT ) on daily rate.
The tariff does not include: Trophy delivery to any taxidermist. Trophy delivery to any transportation company. Packing & Shipping costs of trophies. Any tours throughout Namibia. Transportation to any other hunting farm not owned by me. Taxidermist charges. Accommodation before and after hunting safari period. Government Tax (15% VAT ) on any trophies not exported.
Minimum booking days for a hunter are 6 days but we are flexible. |
